Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe:
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return Process:

Return Shipping Fees:
We offer free return shipping if the item received is faulty or incorrect. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your current purchase for a refund and place a new order. For more details, visit our Return and Exchange Policy page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tobydogsltd.store or call us at +44 7482 679707. We will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
